Subtle, but not unnoticed for the extra bit of time afforded to me by staff up on the mountain lodge. Much appreciated, if not a little bit embrassed for not keeping track of time as I was recuperating from the day’s big ski event.  Great place to ski and views, weather and everything going right…

Mark Impacted by Air quality in space of few hours since boarding bus. Slight impact but crystal clear. Zero alcohol, zero drug exposure and exposure in Banff. Little food, limited coffee intake. Can itemize food/drink consumption. And OH YEAH BABY…. BEARD GROWTH HAS SLOWED DOWN CONSIDERABLY !
