Men will be the main targets of accusations and as a result be prosecuted under the criminal and civil codes with increasing frequency as measures of reprisals…
Even when the allegations turn out to be false…
Therefore, it is my regret to state…
THAT MORE VIOLENT ASSAULTS WILL BECOME THE ORDER OF THE DAY
