You are going to put in place protocols for processing people from the United States who wish to come to Canada seeking to leave due to fear and insecurity of the current climate of change with respect to immigrants and refugees.

Surely in everyone’s right frame of mind… a terrorist would not seek to leave but rather go underground.

Therefore… under international laws…

A PROTOCOL NEEDS TO BE CREATED TO ASSIST AND CREATE THE POSSIBILITY OF EVEN REMOTELY WANTING TO INSPIRE MORE RADICALIZATION AMONG THOSE FLEEING.

Fleeing in the dead of winter only to be arrested upon entry at the border is not compensurate with the values of Canada and it’s best interests.

Process in a manner consistent with international laws.

This also applies to Mexican/Central American immigrants/refugees who do not wish to return to their native countries.

Failing that…. I have a workaround, but no one is going to like how that tastes, smells, looks or is heard once it runs on the ground.
