MY LAW FIRM – NELLIGAN O’BRYNE PAYNE(aka PAIN) SHOUTED AND SCREAMED… THE OTHER LAW FIRM REPRESENTING MY EX-WIFE – WILSON LAW FIRM IN MANOTICK ONTARIO TO PUSH BUYER TO BUY THE PROPERTY AFTER THE SALE DATE.

ALAS TO NO RESULT.

LOST THE $512,000 SALE AND PROPERTY.

BOB LEBREQUE GOT THAT PROPERTY AND WHEN MY EX-WIFE WENT BANKRUPT… GOT THE OTHER MAYVIEW PROPERTY.

SO… THE POINT IS THIS – WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING LAWYERS IF LAW FIRMS DON’T FOLLOW THROUGH AND DO THEIR JOBS.

AKA – COLIN LYLE LOSING HIS LAWYER LICENCE IN A DIVORCE PROCEEDING AFTER FORCING ME TO SIGN OVER THE MATRIMONIAL 882 BASELINE PROPERTY DID DIDDLEY SQUAT TO RECTIFY THE MESS.

AT LEAST I FOLLOWED THROUGH AND WAS GOING  TO MAKE A PROFIT AND MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY !

TODAY… I’M SAD TO SAY – THAT ISN’T THE CASE AND WON’T GET BETTER !

AND LET’S NOT FORGET – NELLIGAN O’BRYNE PAYNE IS STILL LOOKING FOR A $8K ASSESSMENT BECAUSE OF THEIR LEGAL WORK OF WHICH WAS NEVER PAID BECAUSE MY HALF OF THE SALE PROFIT EVAPORATED INTO THIN AIR.
