Enough that missing it by that much means that the aim of equations could be greatly increased to provide more accurate answers.
Like aiming towards the end of the universe and missing the target by a crosshair error of small but epic proportions and being off the MARK.
And yes, I believe a change and alteration of the E=MC² would change everything. Including FUSION.
