In many ways, I am starting to believe that many a people who are labeled as AIDS/HIV positive probably through the use of shared needles end up in this state because of blood incompatibilities.

Still an educated guess as I don’t have enough data. But this has been running through my head enough that it merits further research.

As for wiping it out – yikes, in all likelihood, probably that requires extensive deep genetic engineering to alter something from conception. You’re talking about all the cells that have become dependent on the blood classification.

Better identify and tell the parents before hand. This is one Karma pool that should be listened to. Otherwise…. proceed with the consequences. Reason for everything, including incompatibilities.
