Gonna be interesting to watch how this one works itself out.
My guess, only an extreme downward real estate price spiral is gonna kick some sense into that market.
Visions of Nortel Networks past… seeing desperate Chinese families sitting down on the floor in bare naked houses for sale in Ottawa at the start of the company’s collapse.
Not a pretty sight.
