Not so much as to a peep in BOLD HEADLINE NEWS SPLASHED ACROSS THE NET let alone papers about the 80 cent per liter price of gas in Ottawa.
You would think that everyone would be rabid and lining up all over the place filling up gas canisters up their yin/yangs.
Doesn’t take long when it climbs back up to hit the high notes of OMG costs too much.
Funny, almost seems like a double edge sword. People losing jobs in the oil business and people raising a stink.
And when the price goes back up, everyone’s okay about it except for the people who fill up their tanks and are resigned to ‘market forces’ – yeah, right.
Okay… well motor on for the time being @ 80 in downtown Ottawa.
Care to publish rural areas prices if you manage to not eat too much Turkey tonight and tomorrow?
