The exploitation of children and innocence regardless of the label they use to shield themselves from prosecution clearly is reflected in this news story.

How are the strings and ails of corruption ever expected to be broken when youths cannot expect better outcomes in life ??? How can they become useful and productive when they end up completing the circle of life in the same manner with innocence later in their own lifetimes?

It becomes a vicious cycle with no end?

I’ll go further… lucky me perhaps… but my own experience and exposure to a Buddhist monk in Korea was an eye opener. Walking away from trouble was not the word.
