Let me clarify some confusion on the issue on toxicity of processed meats including hamburger meat.
The biggest impact on the health of a person who consumes processed products depends largely on the length of time, type of product, frequency of consumation and ‘THERMAL ENVIRONMENT IN PROXIMITY’. Age, gender, race… also plays a significant role. Don’t forget to factor geographical origin of product and present geographical location as a final determination.
