If there’s never been a clearer picture of what was totally off whack than a government approving this site as a reminder of things wrong with power in a democracy than look no further than this.

Yes no doubt that there are plenty of victims of communism, but if intelligence serves me right, there are plenty of examples of abuse of power, dictatorships, fiefdoms, fanatical warped dreamers and I’m sure last but not least… madmen hellbent on wars.

To build something like this suggests to me that a communist country go also had the audacity and mindset to build a shrine and monument dedicated to victims of democracy. That I would probably support now that I have a clearer picture of what a democracy should look like and how it actually works in real life.

Put the money into better constructive ideas and the deficit and leave the green space alone.
