I’ll bet anyone is hard pressed to find any infrastructure money from the oh let’s say past decade’s ACTION PLAN having put little if no money into something as so important as water quality downstream.

Once something unpleasant to look, smell and think about is and has become some other communities problem down the water pipe.

Remember – you’re not only talking about pH acid/base balance, but all the things that could go wrong with bacteria, toxins you’ll never ever be able to pinpoint in the ppm game and let’s of all – mutant marine life that will spell catastrophic changes in the ocean based on DOT/WAVE EVOLUTION.

Even the Russians are smart enough not to play Russian roulette more than once.

Like the boreal and tropical forests… bodies of water need a damn lot more serious attention and stewardship.

If a property owner dumped raw sewage into the streets or into rivers and lakes, who and what do you think the governments would do???

Then ‘WHY’ IN THE NAME OF GOD ARE GOVERNMENTS SO STUPID DOING WHAT THEY KNOW IS NOT RIGHT ???
