Well, the wheel goes round and round doesn’t it. And who’s to blame if AUTO MAKERS go the way of the DODO.

And people would probably say they deserved it after all. With all the conspiracy theories of ancient carburetors and this and that gizmos doing 100 miles per gallon oh… let’s say a good 30 – 40 years ago, in Popular Science and Mechanics magazines…. the Critical Questions as the usual suspects go is –

HOW LONG DID THEY THINK THEY COULD GET AWAY NOT LISTENING TO THE AMERICAN PUBLIC GRAPPLING WITH GAS SHORTAGES AND MEAGER FUEL STATISTICS???

IF YOU ADD THE GAS COMPANIES – IT ONLY BECOMES A MIND GAME WITH NO END TO THE DISCUSSION.

MY PREDICTION – AUTO MAKERS – EMBRACE CHANGE PRONTO OR DIE A SUDDEN DEATH @ WARP SPEED.

TECH AND CREATIVE GENIUSES WILL CHANGE THE AUTO LANDSCAPE. EVENTUALLY…. FLYING VEHICLES.

ANTIQUE ONES WILL BE WITH WHEELS. GONE WITH THE WINDS OF THE ’50’s ROCK & ROLL JERRY LEE LEWIS GREAT BALLS OF FIRE.
