The pace of technological changes is outpacing all things traditional. We are on the cusp of curves where people are not only stressed by these changes, but don’t exactly know how to place and fit into the new world order of these cumulative changes.
Where the traditional models used to be vertical challenges, in the last 100 years they have slowly morphed into horizontal movement patterns where a more top heavy saturated with less and less positions available required adaptation in the form of a spread spectrum horizontal global model. That encouraged job creation and gave at least everyone a chance to ‘fit’ into social groups and patterns for business models and GDPs.
Where I fault the ‘SYSTEM’ is in the educational learning models that have failed to grasp the simple meanings of video games and computer virtual simulations as the core fundamentals of traditional models have been unable to give children as well as adults the necessary tools to adapt in order to survive.
WHAT IS URGENTLY NEEDED IN MY OPINION IS –
Not only free time and rein to creativity in educational settings, but also giving those in learning curriculums a third dimensional aspect to everything in their respect learning streams.
If you think of the traditional models – a piece of paper with a simple 2D picture, words or concepts… what is being learned is just an X,Y mechanical factory and manufacturing output. Simply put… WHAT GOES IN MUST COME OUT !
DEPTH MUST BE ADDED TO LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS – X,Y,Z to give more latitude and range to concepts being learned. A student must be able to not only understand a traditional linear form, but also it’s REAL LIFE CONNECTIONS to adapt to the speed of change now in effect. We are all by now realizing that computers and technology are not only gaining ground, but overtaking humans in ways not yet fully understood on personal and social global levels.
If humans are not to be outwitted and relegated to meaningless status, then the educational models must help add depth of meaning to what is being taught. Where the chess board is still simply flat and in many ways still 2D, it too must change in order to allow the human mind to grow.
Holograms and virtual simulators such as STAR TREK holodecks are the coming waves of the future. These technologies are going to be the DRIVERS OF THE NEW BUSINESS MODELS.
Being prepared with the mindsets radars will give people an edge before it arrives. JUMPING ON BOARD WHEN THE TRAIN HAS ALREADY SPED BY WILL BE TOO LATE FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION. AS A CONSEQUENCE, MASSIVE SOCIAL UPHEAVAL… ONLY A FEW WILL BE ABLE TO JUMP ON THOSE SPEEDING TRAINS DOING THE IMPOSSIBLE. THESE PEOPLE WILL HAVE HUGE ADVANTAGES OF POWER OVER OTHERS.
BETTER WAKE UP… OR YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE LEFT IN THE DUST BINS OF UNMANAGEABLE CHANGES AT WARP SPEED. EXTRAPOLATE ON THE DETAILS, CAUSE I HAVE.

CRITICAL QUESTION OF THE DAY ???
WHAT’S THE ALTERNATIVE? SAME OLD SAME OLD. JOB CREATION, SMALL TEMP JOB, LOST JOBS, PART TIME JOBS, REPEAT AD NAUSEAM. SENSELESS, MEANINGLESS AND CERTAINLY NO VISION OF A BETTER FUTURE. NATIONS THAT DON’T LEARN FROM HISTORY, END UP BEING LOST. IE – ROMAN EMPIRE ! GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS POST.
THE MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL TRADITIONAL GROWING UP MODEL IS GOING THE WAY OF THE SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST DODO BIRD EXAMPLE.
