There are electro-chemical markers and exchange mechanisms in the stomach. They are immediate on the ingestion of vitamins without a doubt.

Which one(s) or all isn’t the point right now. The fuzzy issue of my stomach’s sensitive over the years has been hard to detect because of the overload of data and the way I have gone about trying to decipher the digestion process from the colon upwards.

I’m at the stage of trying to decipher vitamins, minerals, amino acids…..

If I’m going to take a wild stab at the possible ingestion of pills, I’m going to go with 5-HTP for now.

The pills in the stomach to the brain effect is almost immediate on an empty morning stomach. Well okay for normal human purposes, almost immediate. It actually took about 5 minutes to impact the brain.

So… let me see how much fun I can have with vitamins and their breathen(no religious subconscious meaning intended here) kin.
