Here is the prime example of someone who has a moment of conscious change and questions a policy that something isn’t right. Of course we all know what followed. The critical question is not that a direct policy order was ignored, but that higher up the food chain, someone thought that if something didn’t happen as a result of someone not following rules, it would be their asses in slings.

Let me put it this not so pretty way. Imagine a soldier being told to kill whomever he wishes. Isn’t that what happened in Bosnia ? ONE BECOMES TWO BECOMES THREE BECOMES FOUR, SO ON AND SO FORTH… NOW WE HAVE MASS GRAVES OF 8,000. That is Bosnia alone. Someone care to count all the other places around the world in the same manner ?

So to put it gently. Get this conservation officer back on the job and PUT HIM IN CHARGE.

NEXT… INCREASE YOUR CONSERVATION OFFICERS IN THE PROVINCE SUBSTANTIALLY.

THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE ABOVE EVENTS IS INDICATIVE OF A FAILED SYSTEM OF EYES MONITORING WHAT IS GOING ON ON THE GROUND AND IN NATURE AND BETWEEN PEOPLE.
