What is trying to happen is the formation of a TORUS via ‘HEAT’ ALIGNMENT. Ideal shape is spherical. The root cause is greater than just the earth’s influence. It is cosmological in reality to allow cosmic ionization(consider it a ROD which can take on many different qualities depending on the location of the torus) to do it’s thing – incoming DOT/WAVES through the ‘HOLE’.
