Every single finger & hand posture during meditation enhances and changes the fundamental nature of each and every wave that travels throughout the body.

While you are not aware of if consciously, subconsciously those waves are there moving in a subtle motion underneath the very fabric of the cumulative events and information that you are processing during your daily lives.

I would say that 99 percent of the time, these waves go unnoticed. The other 1 percent is when you feel a tingle, tinge, whisp, shiver, spurt of electric zap(short circuit) and goosebumps welling up within you that you can perceive the movement of waves after ionization inside of you.

The fingers are very special, because they work in combinations with both arms that rely information directly back to your spinal column where the nerve impulses congregate in masses and are forwarded for interpretation by the brain.

If you take the time to subtly adjust either or both arms slowly – think turtle speed here :~) you will eventually hit the sweet spot where instead of shooting the information from finger postures up to your brain, it is bounced back to your fingers from your spine because of resonance waves. Half the work, all of the rewards without thinking and just feeling. Once you get the hang of it, the sensations are UNREAL & ADDICTIVE. You cut out the brain’s work to let it concentrate on what it should be doing – COMPLETE REST & NO THINKING SO THAT YOU MAXIMIZE THE IONIZATION POTENTIAL OF THE BRAIN.

So it goes for the legs and toes. But that is the subject of another conversation.

In the meantime, gently use those fingers in various postures, angles & pressures to get the maximum effect of half the work.

The goal to keep in mind here – you are trying to manipulate the chest’s hidden latent potential.

Heart Chakra

Once you get the fingers, work up to both hands, fists and arms – slowly does it. There’s a ton of information to process.
