Well I’ve got to admit it, turtle speed has it’s limits on patience.

50 yrs is a bit much waiting for the solution to a health problem that has been around almost as long as I have.

Finally ate a pizza last night, but this time, I was paying attention !

Solved the problem with commercial cheese and how it affects the body.

Cheese protein is very different than milk protein in how it affects the body.

Let me dwell on that thought while I test out other variables, but there is no doubt in the reaction to cheese body wise after reviewing all moments in time since childhood.

Molecular S.O.A. protein reaction – very important.

Now… on with the circus on the hill.
