Since when does installing a Google App on a device(brand new shiny Samsung Core smartphone) NOT QUALIFY as COMPATIBLE because of my TELECOM CARRIER ???

This app is clearly for the enjoyment of AMERICANS, yet being 25 miles from the U.S. border and shopping there seems to clearly rule me out in any case.

APPS SHOULD NOT – READ MY WORDS ! – NOT – BE LOCATION DEPENDENT !

THEY SHOULD INSTALL IF I FEEL I WANT TO TRY IT AND SEE IF IT TICKLES MY FANCY.

IN THIS CASE, I WANT TO INSTALL AND USE THE APP FOR SHOPPING IN THE U.S.A.
