\MARK POST #5637

Seems to me that the technology to make this happen isn’t the problem anymore.

The bottle neck and problem seems to be related to the supply of hydrogen fueling stations as common as the corner store convenience store and typical gas station.

So… if the tech exists to mass produce hydrogen powered vehicles, then put your money where your mouths are and make the fueling stations happen.

Sooner rather than later.

And for God’s sake make the stuff vehicles and fuel affordable. When hybrid came out, it was damn hard to justify the extra costs and to this day, I’m still reluctant to endorse them because of huge future replacement part costs and a viable solution to the waste costs of the huge problems of what to do with all those batteries.

Bad enough that I’m in a state of shock from the madness of rubber tire landfills. You can’t even recycle them into condoms and find a useful purpose for that mess. Environmental and biological.
