Pick a target, spray the little NANO CHEMICALS via airborne method using ultra-sonics, passes below the conscious radar.
Very little effect initially, but at some point somewhere during the day, ZAPPED BY A HIGH FREQUENCY WAVE THAT RELEASES THE LITTLE BUGGERS. YESTERDAY… THAT HAPPENED AT SCOTIABANK AFTER I FINISHED MY BANKING AND TRIED TO PAY BILLS.

Infects the brain by passing through the BLOOD BRAIN BARRIER via NOSE, particularly the judgement centers of the brain. Impairs it is a better word.

So.. if as in my case, I HAVE NO MONEY, when I do get a lumpsum of money in my hands, spray, infect go on a mad spending binge and be flat broke again real quick.

What were you expecting me to buy beer yesterday ? Having run out about a week ago? Nope, part of the scenario and plot sad to say.
