Given all the necessary human resources at it’s disposal to do it’s work effectively in providing CENTRAL SECURITY ROLES. roles.

AND the tools and physical logistics to be able to carry that out.

As a last resort, combat roles in emergency measures.

And yes, I do favour a UNITED STATES naming convention to identify ownership of those roles.
