So if you refrain from using feathers, than look no further that Fort Mac for the ‘TAR’ and dare I say without having stepped foot a yonder(TBD) that rents match the availability and lack thereof of a local economy hind, kneed and then some up to your eyeballs in ‘TAR SANDS’ folly from an outsider’s perspective.

As for other so called ‘local economies’ aka Calgary… well have I got stories of DAMN GREEDY LANDLORDS, aka JAMES BANKHEAD RUNDLELAWN CLOSE(more to come soon enough) and Dany Monast FRANKLIN DR. SE that gave me enough of a slice of Pi to vindicate the Mr. Nenshi’s statement.

Unless of course you’re counting yourself among the social groups such as the DROP IN CENTER who’s primary function at first glance seems entirely straightforward and charitable at best. NOT…
