As a matter of note and comment on the subject, I would NOT be in the least surprised if ENMAX and many other companies are short handed in terms of numbers of people who can respond when emergencies arise.
Never mind just numbers, but quality people.
Where performance counts, it’s better to keep everyone in the DARK. If the cat gets out of the bag, dear me – ADMISSION to that fact would floor me that shortages of people is where the biggest weakness lies in emergencies. That’s beside the usual business routine of having to deal with everyday events when everything is running smoothly.
It would be interesting for media organization to open the cover page on such subject.
