Seizure of Criminal activity is acceptable, but not of the innocent without the return of original money seized, but also compensation for the assumption of guilt without immediate proof on the spot.
The onus of proving innocence by victims only to prove money was lawfully gained, only to be left short handed is NOT the way to fund law enforcement and budgets !
