HOW COULD IT POSSIBLY DEAL WITH ONE HAND HARD SENTENCES TO THE AVERAGE JOE FOR 1 GRAM OF MARIJUANA POSSESSION AND A CRIMINAL RECORD TO THAT LET’S SAY OF A SUPERSTAR TOPGUN MAVERICK ???

BESIDES, GOVERNMENTS WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER ADMIT TO SOCIAL ENGINEERING SITUATIONS WHERE SUPERSTARS OF ANY TYPE ARE SUBTLY TAMPERED WITH CHEMICALLY WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT, JUST TO GET SOME SPECIFIC OUTCOME OUT OF SITUATIONS.

IN MANY CASES, GOVERNMENTS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT JUST WALK AWAY WHEN THE STAKES ARE TOO HIGH. JUST A FACT OF LIFE – REALITY IS… WORLD DOES NOT WAIT FOR SOME LITTLE FLAW ! AH…. If you are going to do justice to this problem, then I suggest that if this engineer is allowed back into the ‘train’ business, he needs 24/7/365 monitoring to make absolutely sure that other people are not put at risk. If the engineer says he’s got the problem under control… then let him match his words to deeds.
