My inspiration comes as a kid watching my own Italian grandmother constantly during the late evening into the late night hours massaging over and over her stomach. She was a humble women with little education and I often wondered ‘WHY’ she was massaging herself. Later when I grew up, I realized it was fretting over worries and allying fears over her family.
Now, I can tell you without a doubt that it is one of the most important things you can do that you solely take responsibility for and that no one else can take away from you.
I do it every night, using old ancient techniques of YOGA during meditation. Once you get it, you can do it with your mind alone without having to resort to physical techniques. Let me tell you, once you’ve mastered it, UNREAL IN TERMS OF PLEASURE ~ TOTALLY !
