Book motel room in Banff and need $66.00 security deposit for 2 days. Made sure with front office at checkout to release security deposit upon departure. 2 days max I’m told for processing. Okay wait 2 days, no refund of security deposit funds. Call Titanium again and told another 45 days for REFUND to be processed.
