The conversation of 1 or 2 plates seems centered more on increasing revenue streams as opposed to increased safety reasons.
As in all other things, the never ending government quests to find and justify any related driving fee increases are suicidal in terms of economic killers. They are disincentives in the transportation sectors, job killers, small community isolators – people in the long run tend to stay local instead of a more vibrant networking and meeting of creativity mixture between minds.
