Western premiers tout new free-trade deal for provinces – The Globe and Mail

Good start.  Be sure to include removing employment barriers as well at the same time.  What’s good in one province should be good in another.  If a labour skill minimum does not meet full requirements in 1 province, then all a worker needs is to brush up on the missing component to meet standards.  When competencies meet criterias, no relicensing of trade skills should need to recertify from one province to another.

Should be extremely easy and transparent to keep work flows running smoothly for all businesses and industries.

And for God’s sake…. including this Buddha, employment flash initiative incentives are what’s needed for skills upgrades of Canadian workers first and formost instead of TFW and subpar questionable hiring practices.
