From my point of view, the LGBTQ acronym is way past beyond that last LETTER ‘Q’.
QUEER remains part of the lexicon of the distant past when discrimination was the everyday norm. To continue to refer to oneself as QUEER is on many levels similiar to what many other races faced prior to the advent of modern day ‘gay pride’.

How many times do you hear black people referring to the term of ‘NIGGER’ ???

Change language and eliminate terms.
Makes harrassment much better defined as a way to point out inequities.
