Managed to take ‘HEAT’ out of Dot / Wave equation during meditation.
Waves by themselves in the body us way cool and different than in the head and brain,
Involves pulsatibg throbs of infinite types. Hard to describe right now.
And playing with differences between Dot ‘Heat’ waves in the head and brain and the pulsating waves in the body is far out. Process is just starting.
Bonus is that palms of hands have also started to pulse also.
Cool out of this world sensations.
