Totally huge mistake to be absolutely still during Meditation states. Especially for all beginners until such time Conscious Awareness of the body’s internal/external micro-states are well understood by oneself.
Until the time a complete understanding of the whole integrated body arrives, MICRO-ADJUSTMENTS ARE NORMAL AND MANDATORY TO RELIEVE PAIN / STRESS PRESSURE POINTS SENSED BY THE MIND.
A CONSCIOUS NOTE OF A DISCOMFORT PAIN POINT SHOULD HELP FACILITATE AN EVENTUAL CONNECTION TO OTHER EVENTS. EVENTUAL GOAL IS TO CONNECT THEM ALL TOGETHER IN REAL TIME DURING MEDITATION.
WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU UNTIL YOU BECOME MORE CENTERED AND BALANCED ENOUGH TO REACH ZERO EXTERNAL MOVEMENT STATES LIKE STATUES. GRADUAL CHANGES WILL GUIDE WHAT WORKS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL. THIS IS NOT ONE MODEL FITS ALL.
BTW – A SORE SPOT CAN ENCOMPASS ANYTHING. A LEG, FINGER, EYE, HEAD SCRATCH, HOT HAND, COLD FEET, ETC…. GET THE MESSAGE, IT’S NOT NECESSARILY A SPECIFIC ACCUPUNTURE POINT OR DOT. THE IDEA IS TO LET NRGY FLOW AND NOT BUILDUP TO CAUSE MINDLESS DISTRACTIONS FROM AN EMPTY MIND AT REST STATE.
