Why limit question to just certain areas. All residents have a right to say and decide what should happen. Given utter confusing results, it should be a citywide YES to suites. They’re badly needed. Problem in my opinion are provincial/city laws on rentals that are screwed up.
No different than Ottawa / Ontario’s fucked up laws.
Secondary suites & rentals. McGuinty et al. era mess.
Yep, those are going to be changing.
