TEMP WORKERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT TO TEMP AGENCIES FOR PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS TD-1 FORM FROM CANADA REVENUE AGENCY DOCUMENTS WHICH TEMP AGENCIES WILL PROVIDE AS A TOOL FOR WORKERS TO GAIN MAXIMUM BENEFIT OF RENUMERATION BASED ON CRA GUIDELINES.

IF WORK IS MOST LIKELY NOT AVAILABLE AFTER 8:00 AM, AVAILABLE AND WAITING CANDIDATES WILL BE ADVISED SO AS TO NOT WASTE TIME IN DRUG INFESTED ENVIRONMENTS.  YEP, BUILDINGS WILL BE WEEKLY INSPECTED FOR ANY AND ALL ITEMS PERTAINING TO A 100 PERCENT CLEAN AIR ENVIRONMENT.  FRESH OUTSIDE AIR AND FILTERED TO CAPTURE PARTICULATES.

TEMP AGENCIES MUST PROVIDE IN HOUSE OR CERTIFIED TRAINING COURSES AND LICENSING TRADE UPGRADES AT AFFORDABLE RATES TO THOSE WILLING TO PROVIDE VALUE TO CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES.

TEMP AGENCIES THAT PAY CASH OR CASH CHEQUES PAYING DAILY MUST STAY OPEN UNTIL THE LAST WORKER RETURNS FOR MONEY.

LENGTH OF WORK IS TO BE THROUGHLY DISCUSSED AND PROVIDED TO WORKERS UPON START AND UPON DEMAND.

IN PARKING GARAGES WHERE DUST, DIRT, CHEMICALS, CONCRETE PARTICULATES, VEHICLE EXHAUST EMMISIONS COME IN CONTACT WITH WORKERS LUNGS, COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL FANS WITHOUT PROPER AIR EXCHANGE VALUES ARE TO BE EMPLOYED AND FUNCTIONAL AT ALL TIMES.

ALL WORKERS WORKING IN PROXIMITY TO HVAC SYSTEMS WILL HAVE PROTECTIVE AIR MASK GEAR WHERE THEY CAN BE EXPOSED TO CHEMICALS OF SUCH SYSTEMS.

WHERE TEMPERATURES EXCEED NORMAL SAFETY VS TIME RANGE FACTOR… UPON HIRE WORKERS WILL BE ADVISED OF THE GUIDELINES TO INSURE SAFE WORK WITHOUT INJURY.

OUTHOUSES ARE TO BE PROVIDED AT ALL WORKSITES.  WORKERS WILL BE ADVISED THAT EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM FOR SAFETY’S SAKE ARE MONITORED FOR DRUG CONSUMATION.  LEGISLATE WHAT IS MORALLY/ETHICALLY ACCEPTABLE TO MONITOR SAFETY FOR EVERYONE.  THIS IS A CRUCIAL TEST OF USING BRAINS HERE :~)  THIS IS THE EXCEPTION !
