As for Ottawa, you’re not completely out of the woods. Problem stems from arriving weather fronts.

BTW, OTTAWA’S AIR DEFINITELY CARRIES MORE WEIGHT IN LUNGS. ALTITUDE, MY FIRST GUESS.
