Won’t work !  Not a criticism, but an observation.

Someone willingly or unwittingly high on some chemical is still going to speed whether you post signs or erect physical impediments to try and slow them down.

Besides that, there’s still the hidden element of Social Engineering working against you to destabilize right/wrong intentions despite your best efforts to rein in such problems.  It’s all hidden behind the scenes of subtle environmental settings… small and large.  The more the people the greater the chances are of being sideswiped without knowledge.

Outcomes sorry to say are usually pre-determined based on interests.
