One thing I forgot to mention in my last post on the subject.
An employer in this program gains unfair advantage over other businesses and competition because of access to a larger pool of available and willing job seekers seeking better opportunities than back home,
Either governments opens up the entire program to all businesses and states clearly to Canadians what is at stake in terms if their own future employment risks or shut it down and come up with a better immigration plan !
While at it, give Canadians the motivation and good reason why they need improved job skills and point them in the right direction.
