While I’ve reserved judgement on the issue, let me say this for the time being.
All social and addiction agencies will need to put into effect some manner of addressing the right to vote for all homeless people with NO FIXED ADDRESSES who wish to exercise their rights.
Their voting rights remain in full effect regardless of pending lawful changes.
