The issue of hiring temporary foreign workers in of itself is a noble cause if Canadians in the process have equally good chances to be employed.
The problem stems from lost of employment, rejection of potential job seekers on the basis of the financial burden of fair wages without grants and employer incentives.
Next, but not last in many respects are the disadvantages if an unequal level playing field in the competitive landscape where others are unable, unaware or left ‘hanging’ without easy access and equal opportunities to enter into foreign employment program offered by the Canadian government.
Many small business owners CANNOT come close to being able to come up with the same national/international resources of companies such as MacDonald.
