Excessive exercise is NOT USEFUL, unless you are trying to rid yourselves of toxins held in FATTY TISSUES.

The burning of excessive calories uses up dormant unused fat thereby releasing toxins.

You then have to manage the chemical soup mixture running afoul within your system to rid it, otherwise it resettles elsewhere where convenient.  Not useful at all since as most people have gathered by now, those very chemicals re-trigger addictions to replace original physical location chemical loss signalling of the brain/body pain/pleasure network.

And as another measure of NOT USEFUL WORK, ‘Heat’ is flush throughout the body – BAD VERY BAD for body integrity.  You dehydrate automatically as a compensation mechanism to try and keep ‘Heat’ together.  It’s normal to radiate some ‘Heat’ in the present human condition.  But too much is way bad.

I could describe some examples, but use your brains to try and find them in everyday situations.
