Also beeb working on morning exercise catharsis elimination processing times vs evenings!!!

Morning rough guide, 1 mile brisk walk on level grade works wonders.  Go at your own pace and adjust length & distance to condition.  No cheating ALLOWED, outside ONLY… yep weather is the determinant factor in elimination process !!!

What you want is RIGHT AMOUNT OF ‘HEAT’ – NO MORE, NO LESS !
