In many cases I suspect that the charger of your little gizmos and electronic devices contains AC 120 VOLT NETWORKING Firmware (built in Read only Memory flash) as a back door method of getting into and fiddling around your personal data and apps. Avoids complete detection, at least until some bright geek can find a way to expose it.
My guess, on any electrical wall plug right back to the people who like to play god with your lives.
Might even have circuits on some wireless frequency.
