An emphatic YES on a LIVING International Bill of Rights(CHANGE AS NEEDED, BUT CORE PRINCIPLES ROOTED) as a guidance measure against all sorts of mischiefs from authorities, nations, people, A.I. computers, devices, software codes, companies and any other entity whose intent does NOT reflect the spirit of the written words of current constitutions and modern updates to them.
