USA Today – Hard drugs demand solid understanding: Column

First off, I’ll counter tgat HARD DRUG use especially Heroin has mega tons of scientific and medical data hidden away from prying public eyes.  The information is used explicitly as a modal means of extrapolating desired Social Outcomes with both drug users, but also those who would otherwise not be the ‘Perfect’ fit into the Social Mainstream mold of society’s uses.

Next off, terminating such data collection programs deals a blow to those tracking stats over time and helps to eliminate serious potential fallout of liability by those who engineer outcomes. I call them PNP as a roundabout general term, but not limited to it now. ‘WHY’ ? Because not the ‘pharmaceutical’ industry, legal and otherwise… gave a SHITLOAD of WALTERS out there just willing to make mega bucks!

I’ll stop here for the moment.
