Food becomes the single most important contributor by external environmental proximity as an adjunct to the constitutionally predisposed genetic makeup of individuals.

Calories are a problem in my opinion. While listed, they don’t mention the FACT that you MUST USE YOUR OWN PERSONAL NRGY TO BREAK AND DIGEST POTENTIAL NRGY GAIN. BIG COSTS OF EATING THE WRONG FOODS AT THE WRONG TIMES. I CALL IT THE YO-YO FACT. YOU ARE TRAINING YOUR BODIES IN THE ART OF EXTREMES AND BY ASSOCIATION WITH OTHER EMOTIONAL ROLLER COASTER RIDES AT THE TIME OF FOOD CONSUMPTION. CHOOSE YOUR POISIONS WELL.
FOOD IS LIFE, FOODS ARE DRUGS ! Simple as that. To live you need basics which science has expertly identified.
