Alcohol addiction is definitely rooted in the higher areas of the brain.

And it’s reaction to other previous introduction of chemicals reacts in such a way so as to cause a ‘PHYSICAL STRESS RELIEF’ within the brain.

One thing is clear, brain addiction first, even before body is saturated.  Liver takes care of physical detox, but by then the brain has already had it’s cause and effect kick in.
