Great idea, amassing vital stats into a database to screen out potential good candidates.

In reality, the process is fraught with an incredible onslaught of attempts at discouraging 99 percent of the people who attempt to even seek employment with your companies.

What you are left with, is a skewed pool of applicants who may or may not reflect the qualities you seek in the vacant position.

Bottom line is, once someone has figured out the ins and outs, then most companies will only have that person consistently in their databases.

Not reflective at all of the potential initially conceived on the pros of online applications.
