Well that explains one HELL of a LOT about a batch of ORGANIC OLIVE OIL I bought at COSTCO last year.
It’s explosive and low flash point, besides it’s other characteristics become well apparent during a cooking session where it took on fire. Never had that happen before. Luckily, having lots of experience with fryers and tons of shortening averted taking the kitchen and house on fire.
Well at least now we don’t have to nail people to crosses to screw them. Mount of Olives in situations like this give it a whole new meaning to being ROYALLY SCREWED ! Without being there in person !
